Fresh Mix Vegetables and Fruits Shake"ulog 24-May-2018

Today when I woke up this morning I prepared mixed vegetables and fruits to make fresh juice. First I made purely Avocado shake with fresh milk and honey and second I made mixed vegetables and fruits. I love to shake mixed vegetables such as parsley, cucumber, carrots, and fruits. This is a healthy drink. Parsley contributes potential health benefits. It helps to fight cancer cells, good for digestion, helps relieve bloating. It helps to fight kidney stones, urinary, gallbladder Infection as well as urinary tract infection.

To make this fresh juices, I prepared blender, and the fruits, such as 1 carrots, 1 cucumber, ginger, parsley, 1 spoon honey, kiwi fruits, ice cube and fresh milk.

Clean and cut the vegetables and fruits into small pieces, place on a blender with honey and fresh milk. Mixed together and start blending, cover and blend until it turns to smooth and become a juice. Take from blender and put in a small water jar and keep it refrigerated.
