I always knew that this experience would be one of the best in my life. But every week everything is better. Today was a day that I really love! I love each result and above all acquire so much knowledge and that the professors praise me for my performance in classes.
Previously he had made the black forest cake. But there was no pressure to be evaluated. Today this was my result and it was one of the best in the class and it fills me with pride.
On the other hand I had to make a sacher cake and just thinking about the chocolate bath gave me a lot of nerves. But sincerely I am completely pleased with the result. A beautiful cake completely perfect.
These are my two cakes. My pride, my babies! I am completely grateful for life. For being able to fulfill this dream. Today more than ever I say that the Time of God is Perfect. And this was the right time to take these classes and further develop this wonderful gift.
