Every time we're visiting our deaf students we need to go in different places. And we're facing hard time to travel, specially when it's rush hour, why? Because of 2 reasons, first, traffic and second, lack of utility vehicles.
Traffic is usually happening in our place, sometimes because they're fixing some roads.
Lack of Utility Vehicles, why?
Few months ago, Land Transportation Office (LTO) did a check point in Dagupan City and in Lingayen Pangasinan. Colorum drivers are afraid of LTO because they know they can be caught by the officers, and can be suspended. In consequence of colorum, if you've been caught by the LTO, you're going to pay big amount of money to claim the vehicle.
Colorum means they didn't obey the LTFRB requiements, sometimes it's because there are fixer inside the LTO and they doctored the documents and others. Indeed, colorum is illegal. And it is unsafe for us to travel with these colorum vehicles.
Moreover, because of these happenings, passengers were affected. We need to wait for a long time, sometimes it takes 30 minutes to wait a bus or a jeepney. A while ago a UV Express driver saw, lots of people witing for bus and he stops and said to ride on the van with the same fare, I rode on it 'coz I'm running out of time, and I'll be late if I did not do so.
At 4:30 pm we traveled going back to our hometown to meet my mother. Because we're longing to ride on a bus me and @goselle tried to ride even it's already full, in the door every there's two staircases, every staircase has 2 people remained on it, I remaib in the first step staircase, and yeah it's my first time and I enjoyed it.
