âYou are enough.â
What does this mean?
Hearing this line is complementing in our part as an individual. Being told enough relieves our emotional and mental stability. But we often misinterpreted this line. âYou are enoughâ doesnât mean you are branded by being âenoughâ for everything youâve done in your life. It doesnât mean meeting others standards or struggled long enough but itâs simply WHO YOU ARE. I'm not telling that being you means you're perfect because we know nobody is perfect. We are unique in every way.
As Chinonye J. Chidolue said:
What youâre made of is enough. You are the ultimate product, the total complete, the rising and changing that shines to everyone. You are enough.âQuit searching for essence in everything you've gotten wrong.
It's right there in everything you've gotten right. Just get better at it.â
