#ULOG IS BECOMING A SMART SUCCESS EVALUATION MODULE (SSEM)

While making everyone to become a celebrity, @surpassinggoogle attained another stride as a witness in the steemit blockchain in setting up a SMART SUCCESS EVALUATION MODULE (SSEM) through the #ulog and #ulogs trend. This might have not been his intention, but because they were aimed at helping every steemian achieve success, @ulog has succeeded in becoming a check and a watchdog to measure our day's productivity.

This post was inspired while I re-read my Busy Sunday #ulog this morning. I was awed at the level at which I was able to achieve my day's goal and that called for my #gratitude. On noticing this, I hurried to check my Saturday ulog and discovered that I didn't really achieve up to 50% of my day's schedule.

Hence, I put up this post to help open the eyes of every #ulogger to the amazing achievement and success thread attach to ulogging. It is also amazing to note that @surpassinggoogle's post - #ulog: Become A ULOGGER Today! Reshaping The Entire Internet With Steemit is begining to occupy a trending position on the first page of google search of the word "ulog" and "ulogging".

Indeed, in a very short while, steemit uloggers will soon have their posts featured and such will hopefully flood the first 10 pages of google search. You see, we are taking over.

I decide to make this piece an educative masterpiece to buttess the points raised by @surpassinggoogle in his foremost #ulog post.

The word "ulog" is made up of two segments: U and log and in its continuous form "ulogging" has the two segments: U and logging. The "U" is a texting/blogging code which represents "YOU" in the first person "ME", that is the writer or blogger. LOGGING is simply the putting up of a sequence of things. This imply that U-logging is the systematic logging of daily activities of the writer.

According to Judy Blume, a daily log is a tool which enhances productivity.

You might be tempted to simply use your to-do list's completed items view to track what you've accomplished, but you'd be fooling yourself—between co-workers bugging us, unexpected problems arising, and just plain old procrastination, the difference between what we check off our daily to-do list and what we actually do can be huge. A lot of the things you accomplish may never make it to your to-do list.

While our daily todo list helps us plan our day, it may not so allow for exigencies, however, with a log, such can be well viewed and one will be grateful for.

This is where the daily log can help you understand what you've actually done for the day in comparison to what you had planned for the day. It's not difficult—simply keep a log of everything that you've accomplished for the day, preferably adding notes quickly as you go along. Made it through a boring meeting without sleeping? Log it.

You might be surprised at the outcome, especially when you give in to procrastination—your to-do list might be telling you to start that big, important project, but your daily log will detail how you cleaned everything in your house instead of tackling it.

Yeah, you see it, logging will show your idle moments of the day and help you to readjust as necessary the next day for such lapses not to reoccur.

How a Log should look like
As @surpassinggoogle will say, keep your log simple. It's about you, you don't need so much technicalities. Be real, be you. Your #ulog is simply you on a log book, in our case, the steemit book.

You can use any tool to create a daily log—it doesn't matter whether you prefer pen and paper, a ubiquitous capture system like Evernote, vim on the command line, or a simple notes application—they can all accomplish the job, and what you choose only depends on what works best for you.

Our case is different. #ulog and #ulogs is our platform. The best place to share your story and get rewarded.

The only really important factor to consider when setting up a daily log is how easy it will be to add new items to the list—if the barrier to entry is too high, you'll find yourself forgetting to add anything at all. As someone who spends most of his time with a computer at least nearby, here are some of my preferred methods.

Review Your Daily Log

Keeping a daily log doesn't do much good unless you periodically review it. Personally, I like to use Notepad directly to add my notes so I can see what I've accomplished recently—you'll be more motivated to accomplish something useful if you've gone through half the day without getting anything done that's worth writing down.

The review of our #ulog is to help us know our everyday successes. Don't be so overwhelmed with @surpassinggoogle's and #ulog's team curation. #ulog is meant to help you to check and evaluate your daily performances. Maximize ulog to your greatest benefit and be a champion on your life.

It's also a good idea to add a reminder to your calendar to periodically check through your log and see what you've actually accomplished for the week, or month, and then check the completed items on your to-do list. It's a great way to gauge the effectiveness of your to-do list, and help you tune things for higher productivity.

Thanks to @surpassinggoogle for always finding ways to add value to steemit and to reduce the boringness of the internet #ulog
