For the procedure its goes like the usual process of cooking. (1) Heat oil in a pan (2) first to put in we're the spices like the garlic and onion and on my way of cooking during this time I usually put salt and seasoning for taste then followed by the sardines and add some water, bring to boil and when it boils put the bihon (pancit) and the taste if its good already or need additional salt and seasoning for taste and then for the last process when I turn off the heat and sprinkle on top scallions or onion leaves.

You might ask where I failed to follow the instructions of cooking this one. When cooking bihon you have to soaked the bihon on water for it to soften and also cut it with scissors before bringing to boil water and note to soaked it for a short period of time but what I did earlier before I cooked and prepare the ingredients. Ending the bihon goes overcooked but still its delicious ( my husband loves it) and brings us full tummy for real.

That's my story and the cooking I failed to follow the procedure but still delicious and was loved by my family. Thanks for dropping by and hopefully you'll fine with it and appreciate it. Wishing everyone is well and doing good today. Let's keep steeming and ulogging people. God bless everyone.
