Are these the neglected the ones, the ones not belonging to the elite class and their culture knowing that they will never live in wide spacious houses with nice features and a nice decent design?
There won't be any culture and any design and any art for them, though.
Are these the kids from the working class, laughing about any promises for development from the administration - taking control of their environment and forming it? Making their own culture knowing that it won't beseen in any museum and the like?
