This is a sneak peek of a new bot, upvoting Utopian moderators' moderation comments. This was an idea in my mind quite some time. Finally had some time to implement it. Initial tests are good.
Currently it polls every active moderator and their comments. Upvotes moderation comments with the pre-defined weight. (Daily cap: 2)
