Language:
I am translating from English into Traditional Chinese.
Contribution Specifications:
Before I start to translation, the Traditional Chinese stands at 0%, with nothing translated.
In this sixth submission, I translated another 1181 words from 1 folder, "general.yml" (1211-30).
Now the Project stands at 52% completion.
Translation Overview:
The English source contains one rather strange term about the active after creating a proposal: "retire proposal", which probably should be "withdraw proposal", i.e. the author of the proposal changes his mind and does not want the proposal to be active anymore, however, he does not have the authority to delist it, so the proposal is still on the list, but should not be voted on anymore. So I would prefer to use 撤回建議.
