Vegan Recipe: Top Breakfast Burrito

The first thing we're going to do is make our vegan egg and today we're going to use the big scramble it's
the from same company that makes the egg yolk that i like to.

So we're just going to use some soy milk so make sure if you're using the big scramble that you are using
soy milk almond milk or rice milk won't work for this.

And then we're going to add the egg scramble powder and we're just going to whisk it up you want to frolf up with this that's how you know that you can mix it enough

So the reason that you want to use soy milk is that you need the soy protein in order to make the mixture work!

And now we're going to put this onto a frying pan. So on our hot pan just going to pour the egg scramble mixture and this is a dry pan we're not adding any oil or anything to it is a non stick drive hand

And then we're just going to let this sit on the pan and cook for about 10 minutes with a low heat

For the beans in our burrito i mean just have some black beans here that i mix with some taco seasoning so
I'm just going to mash them up i don't want them to be totally mashed but no and even half and half of mashed beans and-whole beans

Now we're going to add the vegan egg yolk.

We're just going to start scrambling and then we're going to let it sit for a little bit longer

So then just add salt or pepper or whatever spices you want and let it sit there for about another five minutes or so

And you can add if you have like a favorite vegan meat that you like to use so just add those in there it's kind of like making

Now we're going to make our burrito you can add some vegan cheese whatever being cheese is your favorite

Then we are going to add our beans. Can have a burrito without beans?

Now we are going to add some avocado how colorful and beautiful our burrito is!

Add some salsa we like hot saucer in here so I'm gonna add some hotshot this totally optional obviously

At this point are like egg and meat and cheese mixture is ready so add some of that this is like a really healthy vegan breakfast if you think about it it's really high in protein you have fats you have hot sauce it's all part of a complete balanced breakfast diet.

Now we're going to wrap this i was so carefully and we're just going to roil it over.

Folding in the sides then we're going to pop this on a ho pan until starts to brown on the bottom

So check up on it . So make sure that you flip it and get the other side too because we have cheese on both sides.
