This is my second daily ice cream post, as announced in one of my recent posts, I will keep you updated with my new healthy ice cream habit.
This time, it is a self-made banana ice cream .
INGREDIENTS
This is as easy as it gets: I only used two frozen bananas.
PREPARATION
You have to cut-up and freeze the bananas for about 10 hours before you make ice cream. All you need is a strong blender (because my big blender was in use for something different, this time I used a hand-held blender with a small food-processor attachment) and a little bit of liquid . I used a very little amount of water so that the blender does not get stuck but the ice cream keeps its creamy consistency.
There you have it!
Your delicious healthy vegan banana ice cream!
This is a great and easy way to introduce more fruits in your daily life!
