Hello Steemians! This is my contribution for the #veganwednesday initiated by our dear friend @heart-to-heart.
~ Chocolate Chips And Walnuts Cookies ~
Here is my recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 cups vegan Chocolate chips
- 1 cup chop walnuts
- 4 tbsp. flax meal + 6 tbsp water
- 1 banana
- 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 1/2 cups filtered water or plant based milk of your choice
This is how I made them:
1-I mixed wet ingredients first and then added dry ingredients.
2- I rolled-out dough.
3- I used a cookie cutter to make perfect round cookies.
4- Bake for 15 min. at 375 Fahrenheit degrees.
