Observing Venezuela: The start of a block chain observatory. (2018 May 06)

Here I am, sitting comfortable in my chair with all my own worries and bureaucratic bullshit.

Then I log-on to discord and find a message of @immarojas who showed me a comment from @gabyoraa that really struck a nerve.

Also @whatamidoing, please have a look and share your thoughts.

THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS.
I need every ones help to fine tune this post to have a working plan by the end of the week. And I need someone to prevent this from chaos. :-)

I'm not going to re-post that comment I mentioned above. I'm just going to attempt to make a start to a block chain observatory.

I have a simple plan

Three simple rules:

  1. Observe what is happening in Venezuela, and just write in your own words what you observed.
  2. Nominate someone, who actually cares, to do another observation who follows the same rules. (Pick someone who is up for it, ask the person in advance, inspire, and eventually help that person to write that post if nessesary)
  3. Once this post has it's payout then the full payout is donated to someone who can turn STEEM into real life help IN Venezuela.
  4. Not really a rule. Just please vote on all the posts, comment, re-steem etc. to maximise our collective effort and to make this relatively simple project do something substantial.

I would like to make this a post that lead's it own life. And appears 3 times a week Tuesday Thursday and Saturdat

The First rule sounds simple, and may eventually be be simple when there is enough news availble, however, i'm in Europe and I also know how HARD it can be to get useful and reasonable up to date information about the situation in Venezuela. So it would be good to have a few reporters who write about Venezuela on a regular basis.

The Second rule, nominate someone. This really can be anyone who wants to chip in. But if that person needs help to make the post THEN HELP. Also if that person cannot find someone to nominate the next post, HELP. We need to keep this Observatory alive, right?

The Third rule is where I need idea's. First we need to make sure that all the funds really get collected.

The Forth rule should be natural.

Someone should collect the funds at the end of the month? What would work best?
How to turn STEEM into Venezuelan banknotes or other real life aid.

Ideally this should work without any intervention, but let's not gamble on that.
How can we make this work? Really, HOW? As stated before, I'm a bit chaotic, so to organise this will have a big impact on me. And I have some personal shit to deal with that also add's a shitload of chaos to my life that I could do without.
So for this part I really need some help. As a good idea from a well organised mind usually does not do the trick to get my shit organised. :-)

That's it.

I'll do a First sample post as well.

Then this post needs to be re-written to bare essentials to make it as simple as possible to take part in this project.
