Pho is a dish that anyone can cook but not everyone cooks well. Here is a delicious beef noodle soup that is simple and easy to make.
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 5 hours 30 minutes
Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of ginger (about 8cm); 2 onions

  • about 2kg bones; 1kg lean beef

  • 100g green onions

  • 1/3 cup of fish sauce; 70g sugar or 2.5 tsp sugar sugar sandwich

  • 8 flowers; 6 flowers of cloves; 1 cinnamon stick

  • Fruit: 2 fruits (if needed)

  • 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds; 2, coriander coffee; 1, the salt cafe

  • 500g of rice noodles

150g beef tenderloin, sliced thinly

  • Chili; dry onion; Scallion; coriander; bean sprouts; basil; lemon

Step 1: Ginger and onions for about 3 minutes, until slightly black and slightly scented. After baking, rinse and rinse.

Step 2: Wash the cow's bone, put in a large pot and add water. Boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the stove, use a filter, pour water, clean the bone with cold water,

Step 3: Add 5 liters of water to the pot and boil. Bones, lean meat in the pot along with ginger and onion, add green onion, fish sauce, sugar. Reduce heat and heat until soft, about 40 minutes. In the cellar, pick up the foam regularly.

Step 4: Put a piece of meat in a bowl of cold water and then take out in the refrigerator. The remainder is left in the pot.

Step 5: Add spices (bouillon, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, cumin seeds and coriander seeds) to a dry roasting pan at moderate temperature for 3 minutes, until fragrant. . Put all in a few pieces and then tie and drop in the pot of broth.

Step 6: Continue the tunnel for 4 hours. Add salt and boil. Carefully adjust the spices by adding salt, sugar or fish sauce to the mouth.

Step 7: When eating, cook the pot of boiled noodle soup to the bowl, put all the meat a little more then the chan water used. Decorated with onions, bean sprouts, herbs.
