MCO in B&W

A few B&W renderings from late this morning in Terminal A of Orlando International Airport (MCO), awaiting a flight back to a balmy 60℉ in Philadelphia this afternoon.

Orlando International Airport is one of the largest commercial airports in the United States and its liberal use of trussed architectural elements drastically reduces the need for support columns which gives this airport a very open and spacious look and feel.

This is further enhanced with transparent ceiling panels that let in plenty of natural Florida sunshine!
