Many of you will notice you will receive either gateway errors even when trying to access steemit articles or when you attempt to read the Washington Post or New York Times articles, they have kept track of how many you have already read, then set up a Payload wall requiring a subscription to read any more from their site.

Q reminds one way around which we all advocate is to clear your cookies. Now, in doing this, you will likely be required to sign back into all your platforms so make sure you know your passwords and sign ons.

I have copied one of the latest NYT articles Q dropped (another was dropped yesterday more on that in a later article) if you Don't want to clear your cookies. At some point, even platforms you belong to may give out errors in which you Will be Forced to clear them, unless one of their servers is down.

You will find the full NYT article at the end of the Q post connections and links,

First let's look at this important Q post,

Here is Trump's linked tweet,

Screen Shot 2019-03-15 at 12.11.31 PM.png

As you will recall Nellie Ohr, wife of Bruce Ohr,

Bruce Ohr, an associate attorney general with the U.S. Department of Justice, was demoted in December 2017 because of contacts he had with the controversial Fusion GPS firm. This firm hired the former British spy who developed the infamous “Trump dossier” on Russia. Bruce's wife Nellie worked for Fusion GPS.

Oh what a Tangled Web we Weave when we are part of the DNC!

Ohr’s name has now emerged in the just released FISA memo The memo alleges that,

  • Ohr maintained contact with Steele both before and after the spy was terminated by the FBI as a source.

  • The FBI and DOJ relied on the unverified Steele dossier to obtain a warrant to spy on a Trump campaign adviser, Carter Page, without telling the court about the Ohr connections Or

  • about the fact that the dossier, which was commissioned by Fusion GPS, was paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee.

Another interesting revelation about Nellie Ohr is that fact that she worked for the CIA.

We were recently reminded of this in another drop by Q,

Screen Shot 2019-03-15 at 12.34.53 PM.png

Screen Shot 2019-03-15 at 12.35.44 PM.png

Prior to investigating the Trump campaign for Fusion GPS, Nellie Ohr worked as contractor for the CIA for up to six years.

According to the Epoch Times,

She conducted open-source research into members of the Trump campaign for Fusion GPS—which describes itself as a commercial research and strategic intelligence firm—that may have been used in the Steele dossier. She also provided her husband with a USB stick containing all her research from her time at Fusion GPS to pass on to the FBI in late 2016 after she had officially left the firm.

Prior to her work for Fusion GPS, Ohr worked for an internal open-source division of the CIA named Open Source Works from 2008 to at least June 2010; it appears likely that she remained in that role until 2014.

Notably, Open Source Works is a separate entity from the more commonly known governmental open-source division, Open Source Enterprises, formally known as Open Source Center.

Now This is interesting because we see below how the Open Source Enter was set up by the DNI. So how is Open Source Works a *separate entity" just because it is claimed as such?

when by it's Definition it is of the CIA? Open Source Center is Also a division of CIA.

Something isn't adding up in the pretense that there Isn't a Conflict of Interest. They are both a part of the CIA, yet they continue to want to feign Distance from one another. Why?

More on Open Source Works in a bit. First let's look at the fact that Ohr is not the first person of interest who has worked for a Known government agency.

Let's take Regina Dugan, who has not only worked with Facebook, but is one of several employees who have gone back and forth between Google.

The government agency she worked for, for those Not willing to admit both the Google search engine And FB are C_A constructs. . .DARPA. As many of you already know either from being in the know or from research done during the Great Awakening. . .Dugan was the 19th Director for DARPA from 2009 to 2012. She began working for the Defense Advanced Research Project in 1996.

DARPA is responsible for the development of emerging technologies for use by the military.

The agency was created in February 1958 by President Dwight D. Eisenhower in response to the Soviet launching of Sputnik 1 in 1957. By collaborating with academic, industry, and government partners, DARPA formulates and executes research and development projects to expand the frontiers of technology and science, often beyond immediate U.S. military requirements.

Interesting as funding for projects such as these occurs whether We the People concur or not.

DARPA-funded projects have provided significant technologies that influenced many non-military fields, such as computer networking and the basis for the modern Internet, and graphical user interfaces in information technology.

Now as you will recall, DARPA created the arpanet said to be a weapon for spies, but I just wonder, who was the weapon Really created for? You don't suppose in the wrong hands it could be used for . . . citizens. Gathering All of their info and working with nefarious government agencies to encroach further upon people's rights do you?

It IS interesting how Google, who Also employed Regina Dugan created Dragonfly for the Chinese government.

From December of 2018

Interesting as Regina Dugan did some time with Google's ATAP.

Google's Advanced Technology and Projects group (ATAP) is a skunkworks team and in-house technology incubator, created by former DARPA director Regina Dugan. ATAP is similar to X, but works on projects, granting project leaders time--previously only two years--in which to move a project from concept to proven product. According to Dugan, the ideal ATAP project combines technology and science, requires a certain amount of novel research, and creates a marketable product. Historically, the ATAP team was born at Motorola and kept when Google sold Motorola to Lenovo; for this reason, ATAP ideas have tended to involve mobile hardware technology.

So tech in people's hands, whom they have collected data on and Continue to track in more ways than one, a former DARPA Director working on the Technology And Science behind That concept.

ATAP has worked with hundreds of partners in more than twenty countries, including schools, corporations, startups, governments, and nonprofits. Standing contracts are in place with a number of top-flight schools, such as Stanford, MIT, and Caltech, to facilitate rapid research arrangements when needed.

The flight angle is interesting Especially considering Obama and Hillary's connections to SERCO.

I'm going to make this brief as it entails So Much I can't get into right now. This is a Very Quick summary.

Boeing uninterruptible auto pilot standard on every Boeing plane

Obama also associated with SERCO who runs the United States patent office. One is the QRS11 gyro chip brokered by Hillary.

SERCO cherry pics all technologies like the Boeing uninterruptible auto pilot.

You groom every patent directly or indirectly involved in hijacking an aircraft and don’t let anyone else have access.
Nicholas and Richard Soames gathered up the uninterruptible Autopilot patents and transferred them to the UK.

Source concerning deal with Boeing below.

If you think about the loophole used by intelligence agencies used to spy on their own citizens, this All makes sense.

Now look at the search results bring up on Regina Dugan,

Screen Shot 2019-03-15 at 2.04.45 PM.png

Screen Shot 2019-03-15 at 5.05.21 PM.png

Lots of interesting reading there, but as a reminder,

Solyndra, a failed clean-energy concern that reaped hundreds of millions from government loans after its investors opened their wallets to President Obama.

Remember, Obama connected to SERCO and connected to a great deal more through Illinois which really helped the people who wanted his career furthered to do so through various people and organizations there.

Now look at this list, though all the previous info in this article seems long. . .it Is indeed very involved and all of this is Only a cursory glance at the Depth of the corruption and the amount of people really involved.

Back to trying to untangle the Open Source Works.

The Federation of American Scientist states,

Open Source Works, which is the CIA’s in-house open source analysis component, is devoted to intelligence analysis of unclassified, open source information. Oddly, however, the directive that established Open Source Works is classified, as is the charter of the organization. In fact, CIA says the very existence of any such records is a classified fact.

“The CIA can neither confirm nor deny the existence or nonexistence of records responsive to your request,” wrote Susan Viscuso, CIA Information and Privacy Coordinator, in a November 29 response to a Freedom of Information Act request from Jeffrey Richelson of the National Security Archive for the Open Source Works directive and charter.

“The fact of the existence or nonexistence of requested records is currently and properly classified and is intelligence sources and methods information that is protected from disclosure,” Dr. Viscuso wrote.

This is a surprising development since Open Source Works — by definition — does not engage in clandestine collection of intelligence. Rather, it performs analysis based on unclassified, open source materials.

Why IS This okay, an agency that is Supposed to work for We the People allowed to get by with operating Covertly, even letting Us know that Whatever Acts they wish to carry out under this "Program". . .Works IS Right, they can just conveniently say it's Classified.

These government agencies are Far to Big for their britches and Have been for Some Time! They are supposed to be a Government agency. Isn't government supposed to be By the People and For the people? Yet how often are we hearing from the forerunners of their "secret workings" that their information is "classified." Then later on we find out it was Only Classified to cover the crimes of individuals in their organization allowed a Multitude of Secrets while breaking the laws We the People follow and they decide **They the all too concealed, C_A Don't have to!

Now let's go back to the Open Source Center
OSC was;
Established on November 1, 2005, by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, OSC is tasked with improving the availability of open sources to intelligence officers and other government officials. OSC provides material to the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) and other government officials through the online news service World News Connection.

This came into creation after the 9/11 attacks.

Those who wanted this position created? Senators Dianne Feinstein, Jay Rockefeller and Bob Graham introduced S. 2645 on June 19, 2002, to create the Director of National Intelligence position.

The first Director of National Intelligence was US Ambassador to Iraq John Negroponte who was appointed on February 17, 2005, by President George W. Bush, subject to confirmation by the Senate. It was reported that President Bush's first choice for DNI was former Director of Central Intelligence Robert M. Gates, who was serving as president of Texas A&M University, but who declined the offer.

According to Data Center Knowledge,

Facebook of course was the first contributor of intellectual property to the open source project and has contributed more designs of servers, electrical infrastructure components, network hardware, and software than any other company.

Data center, open sourced in 2011: One of the first things Facebook open sourced was the design spec for its data center in Prineville, Oregon, the first facility the company designed and built for itself to replace leased facilities. The document describes mechanical and electrical specifications created to maximize efficiency of its web-scale infrastructure.

Triplet rack, open sourced in 2011: Facebook deployed servers in Prineville in what it calls “triplet racks.” Each group of three 42U racks holds a total of 90 servers and has two top-of-rack switches.

Battery cabinet, open sourced in 2011: Facebook has a dedicated backup battery cabinet for each pair of triplet racks, ready to supply DC power to six racks in case the main AC power supply is interrupted. The cabinets replace traditional UPS systems used in data centers.

Cold Storage, open sourced by Facebook in 2014: This is a storage server designed for data that’s accessed less frequently, such as old Facebook photos. It is optimized for low hardware cost, high capacity and storage density, as well as low power consumption. Facebook built separate simplified data centers just to house these cold storage servers.

Yosemite, open sourced in 2015: Yosemite is Facebook’s multi-node server platform. It hosts four OCP-compliant one-socket server cards in a sled that can be plugged directly into the Open Rack.

Backpack, Facebook’s second-generation modular switch, features fully disaggregated architecture that uses simple building blocks called switch elements, and it has a clear separation of the data, control, and management planes. Submitted to OCP in November 2016.

Far more mentioned in sources below.

So Why does All of this Data need to be collected and stored? Is it really Only about the money?

That's one source of motivation. What do you suppose is the Ultimate Motivation?

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/03/13/technology/facebook-data-deals-investigation.html

Federal prosecutors are conducting a criminal investigation into data deals Facebook struck with some of the world’s largest technology companies, intensifying scrutiny of the social media giant’s business practices as it seeks to rebound from a year of scandal and setbacks.

A grand jury in New York has subpoenaed records from at least two prominent makers of smartphones and other devices, according to two people who were familiar with the requests and who insisted on anonymity to discuss confidential legal matters. Both companies had entered into partnerships with Facebook, gaining broad access to the personal information of hundreds of millions of its users.

The companies were among more than 150, including Amazon, Apple, Microsoft and Sony, that had cut sharing deals with the world’s dominant social media platform. The agreements, previously reported in The New York Times, let the companies see users’ friends, contact information and other data, sometimes without consent. Facebook has phased out most of the partnerships over the past two years.

“We are cooperating with investigators and take those probes seriously,” a Facebook spokesman said in a statement. “We’ve provided public testimony, answered questions and pledged that we will continue to do so.”

It is not clear when the grand jury inquiry, overseen by prosecutors with the United States attorney’s office for the Eastern District of New York, began or exactly what it is focusing on. Facebook was already facing scrutiny by the Federal Trade Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission. And the Justice Department’s securities fraud unit began investigating it after reports that Cambridge Analytica, a political consulting firm, had improperly obtained the Facebook data of 87 million people and used it to build tools that helped President Trump’s election campaign.

The Justice Department and the Eastern District declined to comment for this article.

The Cambridge investigation, still active, is being run by prosecutors from the Northern District of California. One former Cambridge employee said investigators questioned him as recently as late February. He and three other witnesses in the case, speaking on the condition of anonymity so they would not anger prosecutors, said a significant line of inquiry involved Facebook’s claims that it was misled by Cambridge.

Why did you take money from them Mark?

I have seen first hand how FB refused to post info, actually deleted it, then offered me to run the Same Info as an ad on my Facebook site which is a tie in to my YouTube channel, and I found that Very Telling.

Yes, I dropped a little money Just to See if they would do it. They Sure Did! Money talks. Apparently Even people they see as insignificant. They are Happy to take your money!

Screen Shot 2019-03-15 at 11.37.34 AM.png

In public statements, Facebook executives had said that Cambridge told the company it was gathering data only for academic purposes. But the fine print accompanying a quiz app that collected the information said it could also be used commercially. Selling user data would have violated Facebook’s rules at the time, yet the social network does not appear to have regularly checked that apps were complying. Facebook deleted the quiz app in December 2015.

The disclosures about Cambridge last year thrust Facebook into the worst crisis of its history. Then came news reports last June and December that Facebook had given business partners — including makers of smartphones, tablets and other devices — deep access to users’ personal information, letting some companies effectively override users’ privacy settings.

The sharing deals empowered Microsoft’s Bing search engine to map out the friends of virtually all Facebook users without their explicit consent, and allowed Amazon to obtain users’ names and contact information through their friends. Apple was able to hide from Facebook users all indicators that its devices were even asking for data.

Privacy advocates said the partnerships seemed to violate a 2011 consent agreement between Facebook and the F.T.C., stemming from allegations that the company had shared data in ways that deceived consumers. The deals also appeared to contradict statements by Mark Zuckerberg and other executives that Facebook had clamped down several years ago on sharing the data of users’ friends with outside developers.

F.T.C. officials, who spent the past year investigating whether Facebook violated the 2011 agreement, are now weighing the sharing deals as they negotiate a possible multibillion-dollar fine. That would be the largest such penalty ever imposed by the trade regulator.

Facebook has aggressively defended the partnerships, saying they were permitted under a provision in the F.T.C. agreement that covered service providers — companies that acted as extensions of the social network.

The company has taken steps in the past year to tackle data misuse and misinformation. Last week, Mr. Zuckerberg unveiled a plan that would begin to pivot Facebook away from being a platform for public sharing and put more emphasis on private communications.
