Maybe that explains why sweat is so salty, just like fatty meat.

This is part of our home gym. I also have an elliptical machine and my son recently got a punching bag. "No pain, no gain" right?

Having exercise equipment at home means you have no excuse not to work out, only reasons are either you are too lazy or too sick.
