Technical and Economical
- updated my witness node to version 0.19.0, so I'm basically ready for HardFork 19
- updated my price feed bias, currently sitting at 80% - after a discussion with @abit, I decided this approach would be beneficial for the SBD peg, for more details (a bit technical, but useful) have a look at this post
- kept my SBD APR at 0% - SBD is still trading way higher than expected, currently at $1.95
- kept the account registration fee at $3 (I use a script called steem witness toolbox, available for free on Github, for publishing the feed price and adjusting a few blockchain props)
Community
- bumped Steem.Supply to version 0.1.4 beta and announced a call to alpha testers for my next project, steem.city
- started a series of FAQ for new Steemit users, here are the first 3 installments:
-- Steemit Newbie FAQ - Netiquette: How To Avoid Being A Steem Douche?
-- Steemit Newbie FAQ - Witnesses: What Are They And Why Should You Care?
-- Steemit Newbie FAQ - Rewards: Were Does The Money Come From?
Overall Position
I'm no longer a runner-up witness (not in the top 50) and I'm currently sitting at 63. If you still think I can be useful as a witness and if you want to vote for me, you'll need to add my username in the form and click "Vote" as shown in the image below:
Thanks!
