New Steem FULL PUBLIC RPC NODE is Now Available at steemd.minnowsupportproject.org
Last week, I announced that we were setting up a new public RPC node to help out the Steem blockchain.
That same day, @aggroed mentioned to me that a new node is a fantastic idea, and that the Minnow Support Project would be happy to help with its creation. We had initially covered costs on our own, with plans to use this brand spanking new node for projects benefiting MSP, so the match seemed perfect.
We're pleased to present, with donations made from leadership within the Minnow Support Project and our own funds from our witness FollowBtcNews... this RPC Node is now UP AND RUNNING for public use.

More new, properly managed nodes means that Steemit and the sites that rely on them are more responsive, and much faster. Remember that this full rpc node is public, and we're making this resource available to you! The Minnow Support Project will be both utilizing and supporting it... exciting times ahead.
