Technical Excellence

• The witness is using our own Stratum 1 timeserver to ensure block precision.
• A backup server and RPC node are now prepared and will be activated once the witness starts receiving blocks.
• Price feed is currently every 4 hours.
• We established several query applications and will continue doing so. The live queries are as outlined below under Projects.
• We are continuing query-based research to bridge necessary information gaps within the greater Steemit community.

Projects

Introduceyourself Tag Cleaning

We're continuing our contribution to the efforts to clean up Steemit and promote positive user engagement. Our 'Introduceyourself' tag clean-up project is running for its 3rd week straight and so far has seen excellent results. Out of the users who responded to our friendly reminder to use the tag properly, all have corrected their mistakes. Unfortunately the list of tag abusers is not a short one but we're hopeful that as the weeks progress the numbers will dwindle.

SteemSilverGold Community Promotion and Representation

We created an automated daily post highlighter for the SteemSilverGold community. The report is fully-automated and is designed to select and promote quality, original content by community members for curation and promotion purposes. The SteemSilverGold community is a group of dedicated physical precious metals enthusiasts and stackers, which we have been part of since joining Steemit. We are proud to represent it as the community witness and will continue to collaborate with others to help it grow.
