Welcome back to part four of the oak door and side window.

I have finished the frame now. I made sure all the mouldings lined up perfectly and then assembled it.

Now that its is made I can make the door to suit the frame rather than using the original templates and dimensions.

I have also made the window which has a very simple construction. It has mortice and tenon joints and an ovolo moulding around the inside edges. The moulding had to be mitred in but apart from that it was straight forward.

Next up I am making the door.
