Filippo, the Italian butcher / "From the series La Periphery". I used a 400 watt Elinchrom torch, as a light modifier I used a Beauty Dish to give the effect of hard and intense light in the center and low intensity and hardness towards the sides of the center point. The camera is a Canon EOS 5D Mark II. As for the optics, I used a canon ef 50mm 1: 1.8 lens, with a speed of 1/200, with 8 apertures and 250 ISO.
