GASTRONOMY OF ANTIOQUIA

It is the typical, traditional gastronomy that is practiced in the department of Antioquia, Colombia. It is an essential part of the "regional identity" and by extension of its culture is practiced equally in the so-called Colombian region of Colombia or the Coffee Hub.
