Article - Cluster analysis in business life: A collection of strong gubbels or free competition?

All organizations in business life can cooperate, or they can compete against each other. A strong gubbels can sometimes be sensible, and other times you can do things with your inner and outer motives or of all your driving forces.

We get clusters in business life when two or more organizations are close to each other in operating. Companies can choose to cooperate or to compete. If they choose to cooperate, they can do things together, and they can act as they want. We can cooperate with products, outcomes and processes. If firms get bigger profit when cooperating, they get more and much satisfaction among employees and customers, it can be sensible to work together. There may be more information and more balls in the air. Many more things are probable to happen as for all that is conceivable. Maybe we also can get strong and lasting brands, and maybe we can do things more easily. There are often strong personalities in such environments, and one must take care of them if it is stupid to ignore them. If organizations - firms, departments, public organizations and universities - are doing things on their own, they think that free competition and operating individually with defined and determined work tasks is the best way to work from day to day. In many organizations, you need communication and being updated, and the employees should tell each other different information, if they need such information to function. The best way a organization in competition can operate, is to be flexible and adaptable. A dynamic organizations is not equal from day to day in its content, and a static organization is just the same and it is not exciting!

Clusters means that units are grouped together. We can do analysis in how organizations manage these environments, and one should be skeptical, data-oriented and natural to determine what is the best solution to make. Hence, the human nature determines how an organization is because you take your attitudes, your values, your personality and your glance into the organizations rules and systems. Employment has something to do with whom you place in which place with a distinct information. If there are no information, the human or the humans should create it!

Any solution in any organization is a choice, and we should also try to find the best ways to operate, and the best ways of find sensible solutions. And we take ourselves with our thoughts, feelings and actions to be as we be. To be or not to be, that is the central question for all organizations, and that is according to Winston Churchill! He was a great leader, and he could lead anything, also with him calm and reflected decisions!

We should always think about whether we are working correctly, and if something could be done better and more properly. All organizations, small, medium-sized or big, at all levels much choose a way to exist using all the technology there is.

The clusters can be with or without benefits. And we should cooperate, if it means better solutions on problems, and better perspectives on the ways of operating. Every organization is just you and me, and we are bringing in much education and much research in our private and our public life. Such is the way of living. But several organizations are old-fashioned, and hence they cannot be modern and in accordance with the values of being dynamic and open in the new reality.
