The answer on this question is yes or no. It is dangerous to be too long in the sun, and it is good to be in sun in an appropriate time. You should use factor if you are long in the sun! And there is little impacts on health by being short or very short in the sun!

It is dangerous for your health to be too long in the sun, especially without factor. If you are using factor, you can be long in the sun during a day, but without factor you should not be more than 20 minutes there. The sun is strong, and if you are too long in the sun without factor you get trouble with your skin, and you can get cancer of it! So, you stay in the sun relatively long with or without factor just to relaxe and to get an exaggeration of using the time wrong.

The point is to be an appropriate minutes of time in the sun to get vitamin D. You get vitamin D to be in the sun, and you also get it with supplements. Other positive impacts of being in the sun, are to reduce blood pressure and increase the strengths of the immune system. Hence, you get stronger and better in your health by not being too long or too short in the sun. You can listen to advices of how long you can be in the sun from time to time, since the sun sometimes is strong. You should use factor, if you are going to be in the sun. Use of factor 30 means you can be 30 times longer in the sun than without factor. And use of factor 20 means you can be 20 times longer in the sun than without factor. And the same way of thinking is true for all the factors you find in the markets! Being in the sun an appropriate time means that you take care of your health. We have much research on it, and being in the sun is just a positive experience and a good thing for many. And the sun shining is strong, and you get a bit hot! Being in the sun an appropriate time is pleasure!

To not be in the sun, and to be there just a short time with or without factor, means that you are careless. You can be in the sun too short, if you just are there as your natural ways of being a human. Or you put your body in the sun actively by just being there a short or a very short time!

This means that we should be an appropriate number of times in the sun, and we should be long enough in the sun. And this is good for the health. You can use factor and sunglasses in the sun. You must protect yourself when you are long in the sun, and you should find your appropriate time of being in the sun, and not get red skin. If you are there too short, you just do not think of anything!

Accordingly, we are in one of the following three categories when being in the sun:

1.  Exaggeration. You stay too long in the sun!
2.  Pleasure. You stay an okey length of time in the sun!
3.  Overlook. You are too short in the sun, and you do not use the benefits of the sun as good as possible!
