We should work hard and engaged and motivated to reach the goals to the firm in question, and these goals are either in the short term or in the long term!
90 % of the value creation in many firms in the world, is due to motivation. It is the same in the great football clubs in the world, like for instance Real Madrid, Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, Crystal Palace, Barcelona, Juventus, or whatever you call that football club and regardless of which story and which tradtions they have in the club. A football club must create results at the field, and the great market effects on strategy, information and marketing are coming when the players and the leadership in the football club or in the firm, are supporting all winning effects in the markets. The winning effects are better sales, better market shares, and better wealth of being of just being there as we all are from human nature.
It is a boring game in the organizations, if you and the other employees do not focus on having it as good as possible, and to create none-economical and economical effects on all the doing. You must create as much sale as it is possible in the private businesses in every country, and you and I could be responsible for it, and we need to be engaged and focused on doing things positively and with love!
The best things we can do, are to create values for the firm, and doing things together as good as possible. We should be motivated to do things businesses, and we should be involved with empowerment to do the working tasks just as clever as we can! We should laugh of different things, and we should be in good mood. But things are also seriously, and therefore we should focus in doing our best with or without bosses with creating the economical values as good as possible. The result to any company are the different kinds of sales revenues minus the different kinds of costs.
In the firms in different countries in the world, one should have a strong and nice community spirit, and we should find solutions together to do it best. In addition, there should be focus on doing the working tasks properly, and for doing these things in right ways instead of wrong ways. Coaching and motivation are the strongest factor we can use in firms, that is the nature of the firm, and we should use competence and research efforts as leaders, and we cannot just use the shortest education lengths to solve all problems, but we should use the competence and research efforts in the longest run. The Peter principle is always functioning, and this means that competence and humans are coming in the first row. Hence, we can do all efforts without competence, but the good positions are just superior due to what the employees deserve of salaries, the working tasks and the working environments.
We can be together or being alone in the firms. Either we are working in a group, or we are working on our own. Your spirit and your ways of appreciating yourself and other people are always important. But the most important thing is that you have slept enough, and that you join the day together with other people in positive mood. Your personality is shaping the businesses, and therefore you should be as strong as you can in the firm in question! You also need to eat and to drink what you need, and the nutrition is important as forming the businesses now and in the future. So, drop boring tendencies, but do the rigth things in the best ways as you can. Everybody is in human nature.
