Article - Our glances and personalities in different working and leisure time environments

Humans are what humans can be. Our glances, opinions, statements and personalities define who we are.

We find never blueprints for life different places. We can be ourselves, and we take our body and our opinions to different districts, towns and cities. We should never define life for someone, and we should never define operations and working manners for different organizations without having research on it. Life is funny, pleasure and serious. And we should find ourselves as we are, and try to do things even better!

We can make or articulate same or new script, and we can be creative without scripts. We can also be standardized and being same with or without scripts. Hence, we have never any solutions for life. Every day is a new day, and you must orientate you in the new directions, and find new and better ways of doing things. If you do the same all time, you do not learn anything. And if you use new things, you will learn something, either a bit or relatively much.

Every poetry, every literature, and each speech is choice of some words, and hence one can choose other words or doing changes. Every thing is dependent on imaginations, and you can adapt yourselves to the environments or you can shape the surroundings. You can also change your on minds, or the minds to the other employees working in the actual organization in question.

Leadership is working around and giving the best advices to the employees. We need to do everything with high quality and with the best answers. That is dependent on our information base and what has been done in research. And both these things are dependent on making choices with using symbols, words and/or figures. We should not give nonsense in reports, articles or in the news in newspapers, TV and radio. But we should use properly consulting. And if you can, you should affect the markets in good and sensible directions using different cognition, affections and actions.

Marketing philosophy is about information and about what and why which should affect the markets, the organizations and the potential customers. Hence, we should analyze the formulations in written materials, what one is saying, and what attitudes and what manners which operate out there and inside the organizations in the employees and the employers minds.

Solutions are never fized, but they can be changed. If we hold the same solutions in societies as have been done every time periods before, nothing is new. But if we implement new and better solutions, there are progresses or declines in the societies. Hence, every solution done earlier can be changed in present or in future. If things can be done better, just change it. But if we are doing the same, we can modernize things, buildings or persons, or we can just do nothing.

We are the same glances and personalities in working time and in leisure time. Accordingly, we are as we are. We should always appreciate and value research background and education, and that is better than just background due to different opinions and different experiences. You shape your face and your body moves from day to day. How should things and persons be perceived today?
