Maybe Norway is too little with its organizations to operate properly with a structure in buying. Hence, there is much informal talks and unstructures in the buying center.

To be or not to be, that is the answer of the question what life is and can be. We are always present with a body, with thought patterns that are conceivable in the universe, or otherwise we know nothing. Science is about trying to explain how things are and trying to know what is happening. We find the same logic into many professional areas!

The dynamics in buying center is about who talks to who and why with or without effects. The largest companies in different countries have probably a sensible way to operate with all the buyings of different articles, goods, services, and equipments coming from different parts of the world. If you are in New York, Tokyo, Hanoi, London, Belfast, Glasgow or whatever the city is called, you need to understand how the company is functioning in regards to policies and strategies from the management group, and how you should get as much satisfied as possible on the work. That is what we are trying to do many places. And buying is about organizing a group with different people with experiences and with background in different education programs, and that can operate in sensible ways. Buying in large companies implies that the employees have different roles. Some are gate keepers, some are creative, some use the instructions given from top management, and some are dwelling with the procurement. And in addition, there is much to happen in such a group, and you also have to work with dynamics since changes in markets and in companies are something we must work on from day to day.

Buying is like buying a chewing gum. You like the product or not, and you must operate as professional as possible regardless of what is happening. Every product has a point and a use area, and we can use different technologies to make different products. And products must be use in processes in companies, or they must be sold to national or international markets. Communication is always important in that regards, and it implies that you give the messages that you should. And you should be professional, intelligent and reflected in your choices.

Buying structures are similar around the whole world, and it means to organize things in informal and formal ways. You can take all the telephones you want, and you can write how many mails as you want. We buying something from another company, and we take it into our own company. You can do or not do anything with the product in question, but we should check the product and the dimensions, and do what should be done with it, or we could sold it, and doing marketing efforts on it in different markets. And brand image and brand personality should we always work with, so we have a good reputation anywhere where we are.
