You should be in good shape, you should be strong, and you should have a good condition to win the Tour de France. There is a blood clot all the way!

Winning one or more stages in Tour de France is a hard and heavy effort. This cycle race is the hardest in the world, and you can do all possible associations by analyzing and cycling the race. There is nothing to prove about the race before, during and after the race. You should cycle as fast as possible, and the efforts are with the life as effort. You should not think too much if you should win, you should rather do the right actions. And independently of how many riders there is involved from time to time, you should go in the front and win. And all the kinds of jerseys are popular and attractive. You can do anything that is possible to win, but you should focus and being on alert! You should be in good shape and win as many competitions that are possible. And there is no any secret than hard work to win!

The yellow jersey has the highest recognition in Tour de France. Many known bikers have won the race like Lucien Petit-Breton from France, Ottavia Bottecchia from Italy, Louison Bobet from France, Jacques Anquetil from France, Eddy Merckx from Belgium, Miguel IndurĂ¡in from Spain, and Lance Amstrong from USA. Lance Amstrong was taken for doping, and accordingly he was deprived of the seven victories he had in Tour de France. Therefore, Eddy Merckx is the greatest cyclist ever since in Tour de France, and the was named for the cannibal. He had an amazing self-confidence, and he was strong and focused. Nutrition is the most important thing for the riders during this race. And you should drink enough, and after the race you take a shower. These things are the essential things in the race, and you should always focus on yourself, and not on organizations and the environment! You are responsible for your own performance and result. Why not beat everyone, and be the best?

From time to time, you can take a telephone to the cyclist you would like, if he is alived! There should always be intensity and hard work in you eyes, and you can never lose your motivation! The coaching is always about being intensively and winning as many stages as possible!

Professor Michael E. Porter by Harvard Business School is a good and competent advicer, also for getting competitive advangtages in Tour de France. It is all about motivation and strategy, and you should focus and be better than some of the others. And you should try to avoid accidents, and doing things as quickly as you can! There are many fights in the cycling races, also in climbing in the mountains! And Tour de France is hardest in the Alps and in the Pyrenees. You cannot blame anyone for the result, you should do the best as possible. You should use the power of the body! And good training efforts are also desirable and sensible! You cannot be better than you have the potential to do it, and that is always true for everything. And all things are about words and putting together words!

Tour de France is not always about the bike, but it is the journey to life, and doing things even better than the history shows! All cyclists winning the Tour de France are professional, and therefore you should work for cycling from day to day!

Some cyclists have given their life to death in Tour de France. The most known of these incidents is the death to Tom Simpson. It was on 13 July 1967, and it was in the thirteenth stage. Tim Simpson used doping and alcohol in his body, and he was in the front in this stage, and he fell twice. He was dead when coming to the hospital with a helicopter. Every working manner is like a marathon and like a stage in Tour de France!
