Article - Why do we do training? On finding the reasons behind people´s physical activities!

We are training for many reasons. And the most important ones are for well-being and fitness!

Why are we traning as we do? Many travel around the world, and they walk in the mountains and in other exciting areas. People are also running, and they are cycling! Some walk and talk, and some walk and are silent! People appreciate different physical activities and they love doing things alone and sometimes doing things together. You can run marathons around the whole world, you can take many expeditions and you can challenge yourself to nature.

But the training facts can be find on the internet, and you can determine yourself to travel nationally or internationally to reach them. And you need also board and lodging. There is so much to do around the world that you can travel constantly. But you can instead choose something to use time and efforts on, if you have some time free, and you want to try another arrangement than you are used to.

We find the creative solutions and the marketing of events different places in the world. And some are working backstage, middlestage or frontstage to get each event be done! There are many wonderful pictures of these in the books, and there can still be more! Many people love doing these things together, and to learn to know new people. You can perceive many people, and they can also perceive you, and you can be a new friend for them!

But why are we doing these things? We love experiences, and we love learning more about places, and to meet new people. Training is about several things. You get a lot of energy, and you get the ability of doing things faster and more effective. You will use less time than usual on normal work. And you get health surplus and warmth in life. You learn to move away all unnecessary movements. And hence you will do more things on shorter time than before when you train a lot! You also get a nice shape for your body, and you will get better and stronger in different fitnesses. And life is about loving fitnesses, and about using your heart and your brain. And these elements will also be better with training! You need less time to write and present research reports, and you can write a lot of documents by using less time than normal! In addition, you get a wonderful well-being, and you feel  exercises allow the quantity of red blood cells to move faster! Consequently, you become more talented, and you have a lower resting heart rate. You can think better and even more quickly. Hence, both the brain and the heart is better with training, and you are getting stronger in your body, and you become more effective in your being.

We should always encourage each other to train and to do different exercises. It is good for the mood, and you get more positive pleasures in life! Maybe, you also will getting betting results in upper secondary schools, in colleges and in the universities. Many people that are running for instance have a high competence with a long and qualified research background! Accordingly, you ill love to work, and doing things better than potential competitors. This is what it is about. We shall win, and we should be better in doings than everybody else. This is better if you are training a lot! So you do not lose time, you are winning time!

Maybe, you also can live a better life and a longer life, if you are training! Many people that are training or have been training, get a life that is worth living! But we need competence and research for understanding what is going on! And then we can explain things and effects even better!
