Shifting sands, seas ebb, cease flow
Eyes pooling grief, swell undertow,
Seascape of their childhood
Time eroding they stood,
Chucking wood while shells she'd find
Rich bought, paid no mind,
Different tune playing they came
Took dunes with rezone claim,
She's by the shore no more
Buy shells in store.
