In part 2 of my No BS Self Help manual we look at Fear and Regret.

Fear

Everyone has fear, from a little school kid to the toughest Navy SEAL, but how fear is handled comes down to DISCIPLINE. The little school kid staring down the bully quakes in his boots, upper lip trembling and on the verge of weeing his pants. the Navy SEAL on the other hand looks fear in the face, he recognizes that fear and gives it the big middle finger and says FUCK YOU FEAR!!!

The reason for the 2 approaches is not that the kid is as scaredy cat, or the SEAL is mental, it all comes down to DISCIPLINE. The SEAL is disciplined to recognize the fear and make the weakness that is fear into a strength. Harness the Adrenaline rush of facing the fear, look at the reality of the situation and recognize the likelihood of negative consequences actually are quite slim.

So when faced with your fears, show it your war face and give it a big FUCK YOU!!

Regrets

Sp many people waste so much time and energy on REGRETS. If anyone asks me if I regret anything I tell them no. Obviously there are certain things I wish I had done differently in life, but its in the past and thats where it will stay. Humans have not yet developed time travel, so until that time we can only move forward the past is done and dusted.
If you're prone to regrets, then it would be an idea to live your life in a way that you'll regret nothing.
Always wanted to date a model, THEN GO DATE A MODEL, Always wanted to bungee jump THEN GO BUNGEE JUMPING. If you've always dreamed about opening your own business, stop dreaming about it and thinking and planning GO AND DO IT!! If you don't do it NOW in 5years time you'll look back and regret that you didn't start it sooner.
