She Noticed
She noticed the rain as it refreshed her skin,
feeling its prick and let it soak in.
She noticed how colors of everything changed,
how subtly they darkened when soaked in the rain.
She noticed the morning's soft tender light,
as the sun shyly peaked into her sight.
She noticed howlight chased out the dark,
warming her skin and warming her heart.
She noticed the gentle velvety touch,
of every petal on flowers she loved.
She noticed their summery tender smell,
as in soft green grass she timidly knelt.
She felt the chilling autumn wind,
and felt the rush of its chilling kin,
she watched the fireflies leave from summer,
she looked at the sky and loved the weather,
for there she noticed a billowing sea,
So colourfully white she knew winter would be.
She noticed the snow as it waltzed the ground,
floating in air and making no sound.
She loved the the airs chill as she stood outside,
she noticed the birds glide throughout the sky.
Although she hardly ever spoke,
she noticed things that others dont.
She got better sleep when she went to bed,
because she watched the things she said.
This wonderful girl was caring and true,
This person could also be you.
