What is a WOGIRL? (Short for Womangirl)

The wogirl is such a female creature who is considered to be women’s age under social terms, and who is expected to live and act like a woman by society, but who still feels like a girl and has the spirit of youth, and likes to act like a child. This however does not mean that the wogirl is irresponsible or cannot take on any commitment. It only means that she likes to do everything on her own terms, outside of the social norms. The wogirl does not accept the social feminine idea of what an adult female is supposed to be. She creates her own rules, with her forever young, fresh spirit.

She may question or even despise social institutions like education, marriage, settling down, jobs, wage slavery, and accumulation of physical objects. She prefers to live free, in her childlike spirit. She may need to work hard to be able to live on those terms.

The wogirl is essentially young at heart and often looks younger than her age. While in her 20s, she can look like she’s in her teens. Near 40 she may still look like she is in her 20s.

The wogirl likes animals for their pure spirit and honesty. Animals are not hardened souls like most adults, they are playful even in adulthood, just like the wogirl is.

She may be drawn to the arts and abstract ideas. Feeling things that are not present in the physical form is not unusual for her. She is intuitive and places the felt above the known. Essentially in strong touch with her inner child, she creates her own childlike imaginary world.

Being a wogirl however can have its downsides too. Her sensitivity can make her feel directionless and lost in the harsh adult world that she has no interest in dealing with. She’s usually an empath, highly intuitive and sensitive. She can pick up on the negative energies of people and by not fitting into the rough adult world, she can turn to introversion, and can become susceptible for social anxieties. That can be a heavy burden for her kindhearted soul.

She can have meltdowns and angry outbursts induced by the flaws of adult society in many forms. This can be similar to a child’s tantrums, which she tends to regret. She will however raise her voice against the injustice and the flaws of society. She can be feisty when it comes to those times, or when she puts something into her mind.

The wogirl can sometimes also fall into the trap of becoming somewhat hardened by society. So she may turn to spirituality to connect better with her true self and unspoilt source spirit. To realign herself. To better channel her inner child. And to accept her own differences in a society where most are unknowingly have lost touch with their original source spirits.

Just like the wogirl, the manboy (or manchild) also exists. He is the male equivalent of the wogirl. He may be best described by adult male creatures, who feel young at heart and despise social constraints which try to limit what they are supposed to be. If you think you are a manboy, how would you describe yourself?
