Learning Process & Class Environment



          Class time is determined by the school and specified for every session according to the amount of information every student could handle, and how much time the topic approximately could take to get cleared to a whole class. But consequences could affect and decrease the expectation and outcomes that been determined to achieve at the end of the period. Although organizing the classroom environment is important, the surrounding accidents in a particular class could decelerate the speed of the learning process and affect student progress educationally. Students performer in school is the main topic that discussed in the fourth and fifth chapters of the book “Teachers, Schools, and Society” by David Miller Sadker and Karen R. Zittleman, and how as a teacher we could increase that performance to be more engaging, entertaining and more efficiently systematic.

          Students in school spend most of their time sitting down on the chairs staring at the teacher and trying to focus on the material that beeing address to them. That is not the case anymore, class atmosphere getting busier and distracted for some students and teachers as well. The educator worries about the material and the instruction he has to do to reach his goals and deliver what decided to give since some students seem to interfere to get time going with less information to be heard. That distraction caused by students, and it affect them in this same time, and that was resulting from the increasing amount of technology interest that seems to show education as a boring subject to students. The outside society could also affect the student's progress at school. Family background, Harassment or even financial issues could play a role in preventing the students from getting a peaceful and calm school life. That itself could end the future of a particular student's by building bad ideas in their mind about society and end them to be isolated, or they would decide to end their life and suffer. In short, limitation and instructions affect teachers and students in a way creating misunderstanding to each other and the education purpose along with it.

          In chapter five of the book, they make a more good point about future society, and it gets affected in the positive or negative way. It starts by concluding that if we want a prosperous society or want to fix a gap in the society, we should set to school first. Educating our generation is an important task to achieve for a better future for our economy. So, all that depend on how well the teacher could do their job on teaching to reach that goal, and how they could engage and encourage students to love and keep on asking more knowledge. Also, school environment should take care of for students to be psychologically accepting the educational concept and aims. Students need to be prepared physically and mentally to get the didacticism required. To make school more efficient is by having strong leaders in it that could be ideals in the eyes of the children as well as following students progress through time to evaluate their performance and act according to it.    

          To improve the educational environment, we need to have a full understanding of the two needs of teachers and students at the same time. Organizing and instructions are essential elements in the teaching process, but it needs to consider all additionals factors that could affect the process and the way to prevent these factors from interrupting sessions. As well as taking caring of surrounded field of the school and including activities that could motivate children and reshape their ideas about schooling.
