The road of tomorrow is built on the broken backs of today's mankind. All to often we sacrifice, and give ourselves a dull life full of scarred meanings. At some point we call it quits. We lose sight of our hopes, of our dreams and determine they are to far out of reach. This is wrong. So fucking wrong. Nothing is out of our reach if we work for it and aren't to proud to ask for help along the way. I spent years second guessing the who's, whys, hows, and What ifs of my life. That is no way to live. Yes self reflection is good for a person. But like everything else it is only good in moderation. If we spend so much time in self reflection we forget to dream, we forget to live and experience. What is life if we can't do these things. Its a drull moment that passes by instant. You will look up at 21 and then you blink and find yourself walking behind a walker because your own two legs have defied you. Life is to short to spend all the your time doing something you hate. Sometimes doing something you hate is a means to and end, but it has to be that way. Eventually you will find yourself doing exactly what it is you want. Eventually you will be the person you always wanted to be, the person you always envision yourself being when you are daydreaming at your 9 to 5.
"This is where it ends.
I'm putting my foot down.
I'm sick of second guessing and I'm
Fucking sick of falling down.
Rock bottom is a beautiful start.
We're rising up to show the world our scars,
From a former life that we'd rather not hide.
This is our time.
Destination, Death or better days" - Modern Life Is War
