"Tempus Fugit" - time flies when you are having fun! I first joined #Steemit about a month ago so it's time to look a little deeper under the hood. This is a varied community with great content built on an exciting technology. What else have we learned?
Firstly, this rabbit hole goes far deeper than the initial glance over a minimalistic seeming interface might suggest. I'd describe as a mix of reddit/twitter and classic forums that creates and generates value/equity while empowering a community driven approach. The blockchain approach is fascinating , it also allows the userbase to build on top of it in a meaningful way and will still yield some awesome innovations in the future.
I've been posting a range of my work including original artwork, photography, gaming development content, animation, videography and some written word about technology and culture here and there to reflect my "ecclectic personality". I've been endeavouring to post only things where I have had an active hand in creating it, either in a creative or technical role. Some of them are team efforts. Most of it is older work but including some more recent stuff. Once I am done "archiving my work into the blockchain" I will be focusing more on recent projects and creating stuff exclusive to Steemit. I've been absolutely astounded by the level of positive feedback that this platform has given me so far.

People have come up with some crazy awesome stuff for steemit so far. These are some of my favorites or things that go well with it.

- Enjoy what you are doing
In conclusion I think that this is a platform/project with a lot of promise. It's possible to make it work and earn with, as long as you are willing to genuinely engage with your content and community development. It's a great introduction to blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets too. I enjoy the "empowering" aspect of Steemit, there are some great people around willing to guide you and show you the ropes, never be scared to ask questions!
So there you have it, it's been a lot of fun so far! Discovering new content, people and projects every day, almost like in the early internet age of forums and IRC. After a while of figuring out who and what to follow your feed starts focusing in on some seriously impressive contributions and you can find some terrific stuff.
I wanted to thank each and everyone that gave me an upvote, resteem, comment or follow along the road. It is appreciated more than you know!
It seems very likely that I'll keep contributing to this platform for the foreseeable future and probably beyond. To be quite frank, I am very excited to have found this place. Full steem ahead.
Kap'Lah and have fun,
