This is something called clickbait. It is when you post a fake picture of whatever you want and if you are lucky it will go viral. You just find out what people like and then you put that as your thumbnail and obviously you have to give it a title, so this ones title was "Cas cut his hand" and there you go there you have it a thumbnail and a title. The video will pop up on a random viewers home page on youtube and they will click on it because they will be intregued. I have just given you the key to becoming successful on youtube.
