On day one of my new Lens, I had only a short time before the rains fell. Click here for the post about my first ever shot with this lens. I fired off a bunch of shots, up at Plum Island, the nearby Parker River National Wildlife Reserve. This lovely Tricoloured Heron was waiting for me. AND he was fishing up a feast! Here, he's finishing off a mummichog for lunch.
