We're back again with another Art Attack! If you're new to the series, this is where I share my drawings and the process behind them. A behind-the-scenes look at my artwork, if you will. This is not to say that I'm very good at art, or that I'm a professional in any way. In fact this is the opposite, and serves as a reminder to how I first started, and lets me track my progress too!
If you've kept up with this series of mine I've been posting a bunch of art pieces I've done based on suggestions from my Twitch chat! To reward my loyal viewers, I let them suggest characters for me to draw, or straight up redeem free art from me!
But another thing I've done on my channel, or specifically for my mods, is to draw them special personalised artworks for their birthday! I shared one I did a while back for one of my mods to celebrate his birthday and also his 12 month sub-versary on my channel!
This one in particular is for another one of my mods who goes by Fallen_Rival on Twitch! He’s been on my channel pretty much since the beginning when I first got affiliated on Twitch and I owe him so much for all his support and help so this was the least I could do.
For this one I thought of drawing him (or a version of him since I’ve never seen him before and he doesn’t have an OC) at his desk with my stream, League of Legends (since he plays it a lot) and an excel sheet open (because he’s our community's chat command master). He legit tracks all the custom sussy chat commands we have on my channel on an excel sheet and it’s pretty insane! He's spent so much time on that and voluntarily too, I felt like I owe him so much, so this was the least I could do.
He's also a big fan of Minecraft (and carried us on our playthrough), Plants vs Zombies, and of course Stardew which we play together as well so I tried to incorporate as much stuff as I could.
This was the sketch I came up with:
The WepepeW is a custom emote he made based on one of the most common emotes used on my channel: pepeW which I think is one of his personal favourites as well. So I decided to make an Obama-Hope poster version of it for his wall!

I didn't want any bold outlines since I was thinking of making this a smooth wallpaper of sorts even though I wasn't sure if he would like it as a wallpaper.
Either way, it was time to colour! I started with the desk and based on a vector I drew the CPU, router, outlet and drawers along with the monitors.
Since I have no idea what he looks like I wasn't sure what skin tone to give him either so I just went with some generic dude and coloured him in a black computer chair since that's pretty standard. I decided to put my stream screen in the middle since having to draw colour in the Twitch chat was kinda troublesome.
I also drew the League logo myself and I think it turned out pretty well! The excel sheet was just a picture I found online that I adjusted the transparency for so I could make the monitors light up. Even though the light from the back didn't make sense I had to draw the light somehow.
I went with a darker background since we all prefer dark mode on our displays and often make a joke of going blind whenever a bright screen comes up.
The rest of the details were pretty easy after that. I coloured in some tools from Minecraft and Stardew, his favourite character from Stardew in a heart-shaped frame and of course the infamous Mayor's Purple Shorts from the game since it was a thing he liked to flex when we played together.
And of course since he's a mod on my channel, I had to give him his special green sword that I added with a cool backlight so it looks almost like a lightsaber! I also added in the Sunflower from Plants vs Zombies as a lamp since that's a real thing that exists that I thought was really cute!
Overall I thought this piece looked really good! I really wished I knew how he looked though so I could make it more accurate but I also didn't want to spoil the surprise! He's not a really vocal person when it comes to gifts but I hope he liked it!
