Easter Eggs
Title of this art: Method In My Madness
Hi Steemies,
This is my digital art entry to @deemarshall artstorm contest. Please check this post for contest details. I hope you would also join in this activity.
I was thinking how can I showcase a bunch of easter eggs for today's theme. Maybe a process of decorating them would be just fine. That idea immediately excited me and kept me drawing. On this photo you are seeing the little work room of Mrs. Bertie inside her flower shop. You would see the method in her madness. Hahaha. I want to show she makes mistakes too like crossing out a word on her list or erasing an impertinent idea on paper.
The Blue Bells
Scene 10: Method In My Madness
The doorbell rang. Mrs. Bertie is already done preparing the easter bunny and chicks for her son Harris. She almost forgot she was dyeing some eggs in her work room 45 minutes ago. That is how moms are: very good at multi tasking.
Mrs. Bertie: Who is it? ( catching her breath as she ran towards the door.)
Debbie: Your Bestie ( using her quirky and cute voice)
Mrs. Bertie opened the door of the flower shop and let her guest in. She saw that black metal cage when Debbie stepped in. She immediately knew it was that poor field mouse that's inside of it. She is thinking this could be the perfect easter present for Harris. Somehow, besties or moms can speak to each other without uttering a word don't you think?. Mrs. Bertie could not help it but become teary eyed as she hugs her dear bestie quickly. She then rushed herself and her bestie of course inside the work room. Debbie did not hesitate and started reading the procedures on the wall. It could look like mess but there is some method to it so she can find her way and help finish the craft project in front of her. I told you, best friends can read our minds.
The two wasted no time and started soaking and drying and painting the eggs. They want everything to be ready when Harris wakes up.

Hope you like it. Until next time
