Here we are, the 1st Art-Trail Contest has its winners and mentions! But firstly I have to thank all the partecipants, the SteemTrail communities and guys and the jury: great job, people! :)
42 Steemit artists have submitted 54 artworks to this contest: a great result for the first edition! It boosts us to try to make this contest a weekly one - perhaps with different categories and themes.
Managing an art contest is a new experience for me. In 35 years of work as an artist, I took part to many contests, but it's the first time I organize one of them. So, I apologize for any defect or mistake I did in managing it.
Steemit is a great community for artists. We knew it. This contest is also a way to attract more artists here. So I would invite the partecipants to share the contest in their web contacts and social media.

A new art contest will be announced tomorrow, I guess.
I would also say to all the partecipant artists, as an artist myself, that I know what it means sending our beloved artworks to a contest and not receiving any feedback. It happened to me a lot of times too. But I'm sure you all understand that the goal of a contest like this is firstly to have your artworks viewed and shared (and upvoted too!).
