In preparation of my baby's upcoming arrival, I embarked on a cooking project to cook a variety of food items and freeze them in our fridge at home. The purpose is to ensure we always have some cooked food at home, when we are too busy to cook the first month with our newborn.
Previously, I made some Freezer Friendly Banana Oat Muffins, and have stored a few of them in the freezer.
Today, I made two more batches of freezer friendly muffins and they are Matcha Pancake Muffins and Banana Blueberry Muffins.
Both were delicious and healthy, husband and I enjoyed having them as snacks today. More importantly, they are freezer friendly. You just need to remove them from the freezer the night before, and defrost in the fridge. When ready, warm them in the oven and enjoy.

P.S. You can see my tommy sticking out and maybe baby was reaching for the muffins, lol.
