My Birthday Adventure!
Today I had an amazing adventurous day of fun! So many fun times with my girlfriend and family!
Woke up in a very relaxed way and did a quick check on poloniex to see how all my trades were going! Then once I got out of bed, I started receiving all my presents!
Presents Are Fun
Even though I feel like I don't need more stuff (actually I really don't need more stuff), presents are always fun to receive anyway!
My first gift that I received was beautiful artwork from @danilamarilu, she was inspired to create it because of the musical part of myself! Also blue is my favorite color (and it also happens to be steemits favorite color!)
Then I received my second gift! It was an awesome acoustic guitar with a plug in slot built in! So now I will be able to plug my guitar into my amp, pedals or my looper! Not really sure what brand guitar it is because I can't read the cursive; Maybe the brand is called "Elezar"?
Edit: Forgot about gifts that I received, which we will call "Gift 2.5"! With my guitar present I also received an intergalactic guitar strap & Ernie Ball(in) guitar strings!
The Third Gift I received was cool VR Glasses, with a lot of downloadable apps that go with it. Although since I have an Iphone 4S it might be too small to fit inside; I haven't really had time to experiment with it yet!
Edit: I forgot about more gifts I received, which we will call,"Gift 3.5"! It is a tablet of the saint Cecelia that hangs on the wall. It says on it,"Saint Cecelia, Composer- Musician".
The fourth Gift and last gift I received was tickets for me and @danilamarilu to experience the sensory deprivation tank, otherwise known as a float tank! We decide to eat first so we leave right away! After getting in the car we decided to take a nice picture to remember the moment!
Grabbing a bite to eat first!
We decided to eat at a restaurant called "true food kitchen" since it is 2 mins away from the float tank place! True food is the type of fancy restaurant were they don't even bother putting cents next to the price, so it is a little costly but worth it.
We decided to sit outside because it was empty and seemed more quite. Also there was a huge heat lamp that practically heated up the entire outside area! We received a very positive and happy waiter, we wonder how much he get paid or if he is just naturally happy!
We start off with a full selection of many different fresh juice drinks and we refresh ourselves with them! We ordered a green juice, an orange drink, and a pomegranate & cranberry kombucha! We were so thirsty that we drank the first two before taking a picture :p
Then we order a delicious pizza with a lot of different good shit on it! It looked so good that we ate it before I even had time to take a picture of it (again:p)!
Next we received a delicious quinoa burger with sweet potato nibs! Surprisingly it came without a bun so I just ate it without my hands and silverware!
After I pay for the check I notice that it says there is a complimentary birthday gift! I Tell him it is my birthday and they say I get a free dessert. I choose one and to my surprise they bring it out in a very special way! As the waiter sets the dessert down on the table she tells me,"I think the chefs were being a little crass but, happy birthday :)"
@Danilamarilu sings the classic happy birthday song to me and then I enjoy my birthday dessert! The long candle and the two ice cream balls look very delicious! I notice the time and realize that we need to catch our Sensory Deprivation Tank appointment because we are supposed to arrive early! We quickly rush off to have an amazing new experience!
Going to a drum circle now at a bar to celebrate the rest of my birthday with all my friends! I will upload the pictures of my presents later; Already late for meeting my friends because of writing this! Look out for part 2 of My First Sensory Deprivation Tank & Other Birthday Adventures! [Part 2], which I will be writing tomorrow _
Edit: Uploaded pictures of my presents and added more presents that I forgot I received! I will be writing about my adventures at the Drum circle after I finish writing abut my sensory deprivation tank experience!
