Visa and payment processing company Worldpay issued a joint statement on the Coinbase blog today, Feb. 17, taking responsibility for charging Coinbase customers multiple times for the same transaction.

“Over the last two days, some customers who used a credit or debit card at Coinbase may have seen duplicate transactions posted to their cardholder accounts. This issue was not caused by Coinbase.”

🗞 Number of Cryptocurrency Hedge Funds Rises to 226 Globally

The number of global cryptocurrency hedge funds has reached a record high of 226, according to research firm Autonomous Next. The hedge funds tracked by leading hedge fund database provider Eurekahedge show a return of 1,477.85 percent in 2017 on average.

Telegram creators Pavel and Nikolai Durov have filed a “Notice of Exempt Offering of Securities” with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Feb. 13, reporting $850 mln raised under the SEC exemption Rule 506(c) from 81 investors for “the development of the TON Blockchain, the development and maintenance of Telegram Messenger.”

As you can see I was right and we are now testing for the second time the previous TOP. The more we are testing that resistance line, the more this one is becoming weak. So it is just a question of time before we break it.
