What is a Worthy Post on Steemit? challenge30days Day 22

finifun What makes a great post _dragosroua challenge fitinfun 22.jpg

A great post on steemit is:

  • something the person put effort into that is true to their theme
  • visually appealing
  • moving, useful, funny, somehow valuable.

I can’t really judge this on a post by post basis. As @dragosroua points out in his post for this topic – any crazy thing can get a huge payout here and any great thing can die on the vine.

Unless you are a scammer, you cannot get payouts at all without

  • good content
  • a good network

So the person who does both well, deserves their payouts.

Example

Someone normally does great posts that get a $30 payout.
Then one day they write a two-liner about running late the airport and saying. "See you next week!"
This "nothing" post gets a $100 payout and the person is in shock upon return.

What is the reason for this? The network of other steemers who all sympathized and upvoted to be nice.

The post itself is nothing.
The connections are everything.
The post got the big reward due to past work and future expectation.
Therefore, the post deserved the reward.

In any given blogger on steemit, I look at their posts based on how long they’ve been here.

First phase – diving in and learning steemit

This is in the first months and all is forgiven if the person:

  • is trying consistently
  • has passion
  • stumbles and gets back up
  • does not plagiarize or scam in any way
  • learns in many steemit areas
  • improves over time
  • has a good attitude about this nuthouse.

Then these minnows deserve their payouts.

Second phase – Settling in and making a home

At this point the person should be:

  • defining a niche
  • becoming consistent
  • making connections
  • reaching out

Then these bigger fish deserve their payouts.

Third phase – hitting the big time

At this point the blogger is followed by many and now has responsibility. It’s good if that person:

  • leads and teaches others in the niche
  • is not a jerk from the lofty heights

Then these success stories deserve their payouts.

I’m grateful I lost half my size and only sorry it took me until I was 50 years old to figure it out. It’s been over seven years now since I had to worry about my weight. What a relief this is .

AND REMEMBER !!!
