We have many flower decoration in the city at the Chinese New Year period! Because flowers mean rich, we usually place five generations, peach, kumquat, longevity fruit, rich child that all the names are linking to lucky!
Most people in Hong Kong like to put peonies, narcissus, rhododendron, orchids, chrysanthemums and other flowers will be placed in flower bottles for home furnishings!
在農曆新年期間，我們的城市也有很多也的花卉佈置！ 由於花帶有"花開富貴"的意思，我們通常將購買五代同堂、桃花、金桔、長壽果、富貴子等等！
香港人大多數都喜歡把牡丹、水仙、杜鵑、蘭花、菊花等的花卉會放入花樽作家居擺設！
The other common potted plants was tangerine! People will buy the whole plant to place at home!
Because it means lucky!
另外最常見的就是橘子，人們會購買整盆放置在家中！橘跟吉同音，意謂"大吉大利"！
The last one I want to introduce is the Daffodil! Many people will buy the daffodil root before the New Year! Then they will cut the head to cultivate the daffodil, different cutting method will make beautiful shape!
最後我想介紹的是水仙花，很多人會在 新年前購買水仙頭， 然後他們會切割企頭來浸養水仙花，不同的切割方法會產生不同美麗的形狀！
