It is said what you eat , what to fill . although I don’t know whether it is true or false, I think it is a good dish for me. In addition , colourful pepper is also full of nutrition , rich in vitamin C. It’s one of my favourite home dishes. Now let’s share it together.
Ingredients:
Colourful pepper
Pig’s heart
Cooking wine
five-spice powder
oil
salt
Onion ginger
Garlic
soy sauce
starch
Methods :
First cut the pig’s heart in half, wash it clean , remove the blood . Then cut it into pieces and put them into the boiled water.
Cut the pepper into some blocks , cut up the onion ginger , Put the wine in the starch, water, mix it well.
Put the oil into the pan, heat, add onion and ginger, stir fried pig’s heart. Then add pepper.
Put the salt, soy sauce, starch fried together, when the starch is sticky means that it is good.
Put them onto the plate .

材料:
彩椒
猪心一个
料酒
五香粉
油
盐
葱姜
蒜片
酱油
淀粉
做法:
先把猪心切开两半,洗净血水。然后切成片,用开水料一下。
彩椒切成块状,葱姜切成末,准备好淀粉。淀粉里放料酒,水,调匀。
锅里放油,烧热之后,放葱姜,猪心爆炒。然后放入彩椒。
加盐,酱油,淀粉炒熟,淀粉粘稠 就是好了。 适当放些鸡精,我用的是味极鲜酱油,就不用放鸡精了。
炒好的猪心装盘。
