The Steemit Weekly series initiated by @deanliu and @wilkinshui aims to bridge the gap between the whole community and the CN-subcommunity by summarizing important events, projects, announcements and etc on Steemit in the past week and present them in a concise way in Chinese for all CNers to keep up-to-date with others out there. On the other hand, 25% of author's reward from this series will be accumulated for funding future worthy projects that aim to onboard more users from the worldwide Chinese using population. We sincerely hope that this little act benefits Steem as a whole as well as the development of Steem-CN for many years to come.
[Note on Oct. 31 2017 - Since there is a significant payout drop for CN posts, we hereby calling for any whales outside the cn community to support this initiative so this burgeoning community can continue to grow steadily. If not, we will have to stop sparing the extra 25% fund for supporting worthy projects as a first step so this weekly news can continue.]

相信各活躍用戶也應該知道最近Steemit.com 有一點不穩定，幸運的是Steemit.com也清楚這一個問題並在努力解決此問題。最近他們公佈了一個新的後端服務系統，不但可以更有效率處理Blockchain上的資訊，更提高了安全性，讓有心人更難攻擊網路。相信這也是這幾天Steemit.com 比較穩定的原因。他們也承諾未來如果網站有什麼狀況也會盡快處理。

DLive - The First Decentralized Live Streaming Platform on Steem!

本週其中一個最令人興奮的消息肯定是這一個新企劃DLive。團隊非常厲害，都是在矽谷打滾的科技人才，其中一個更是我們熟悉的 @cqf。他們認為現在網路要倚賴直播賺錢的門檻非常高，盈利一大部分更會被平台平分。他們希望利用Steem blockchain 的技術可以讓更多有志者嘗試當主播的滋味並得到較公平的待遇。目前Dlive還沒有上線，非常期待未來在這裡分享更多Dlive的資訊。

你有嘗試用過Steepshot嗎？Steepshot 的構思是在 Steem 的 Blockchain 上創作一些跟 Instagram 一樣的簡單分享模式內容，這也和第一個的 Smart Media Token 計劃 – APPICS 的構思不謀而合。看來這也可能是未來Steem的大趨勢。最近Steepshot也開發了網路版，非常簡單便可以發佈要分享的內容。未來更會開發更多的功能如短片分享，直播串流等。

我們 cn 區的 A神公佈了自 @dan 離開 bitshares 後的第一次重大的更新。而這一次更新主要是在黑天鵝事件 bit-Assets 也會繼續進行 Price feed，讓交易員可以繼續進行結算動作。其他的更新可以參考這裡
