Daikan Yama is a modern and special district of Tokyo. It also contains cultural and fashionable atmosphere that attracts many celebrities and smart teenagers going there. This time I would like to introduce you a Target Restaurant here.
說到東京最「オッサレー」的地方，很自然會浮起代官山。這區是時尚一族愛逛的地方，是型人集中地，無論是食店餐廳咖啡店、服裝、雜貨精品等，都是充滿獨特風格和時尚氣息，不少文青甚至名人也常常出沒此地。這天要介紹的食店就在這裡。
说到东京最「オッサレー」的地方，很自然会浮起代官山。这区是时尚一族爱逛的地方，是型人集中地，无论是食店餐厅咖啡店、服装、杂货精品等，都是充满独特风格和时尚气息，不少文青甚至名人也常常出没此地。这天要介绍的食店就在这里。
The restaurant is located next to Daikan Yama Station. It takes only 30 seconds right after walking from east exit. You can see the American style hamburger restaurant there. Very country side feel! ”Taste good or not? Let’s explode your stomach with Goodboy Philip!”

The selling points of the hamburger are: 1. All burger panty is hand made by 100% Japanese Black cattle; 2. The sizes of hamburger are divided into four: small, regular, large and cake special size! The cake special size hamburger is 2kg huge. It had to book beforehand. Many hamburger lovers booked it as birthday “cake”! The four size allows the flexibility of choices that is different from other burger store.

There are many choices of burgers on the menu. Normally I like ordering avocado or cheese or bacon topping. However, this time I tried the recommended dish of the restaurant: grilled mushroom burger at M size.

The burger was served. You can see the bread was put a little bit aside that showing the white sauce and mushroom covering on the panty. It looked delicious and immediately at it after taking photo!

The aroma of bread was great. According to information showed, it was fully made by grain flour and natural yeast. The panty was hand made by 100% Japanese Black Wagyu. No doubt it was juicy! Potatoes chips and cucumber were on the dish as well.

On the otherhand, the restaurant provides take-away service and designs monthy special hamburger. If you love this burger restaurant, you may have to go there every month as habit! Haha…

After eating burger, I went to Tsutaya Starbucks for day and night that is my habit when going to Daikan Yama.
